Rich is an experienced marketing professional, with extensive experience at major brands such as Unilever and Amazon. Recognising a need to help brands create and distribute high-quality product content, he founded EtailDetail in 2009.
In his spare time, Rich is an avid photographer, enthusiastic saxophonist, and laughable cricketer.
With over 12 years spent in online retailing (including Amazon UK), EtailDetail's resident Yorkshireman brings with him a wealth of experience and a keen design eye.
He is a long-suffering fan of Huddersfield Town FC, and dislikes writing personal biographies.
After spending over 15 years in the Music and Finance industries, Louisa is one of EtailDetail's senior account managers. As fluent in navigating Amazon Vendor Central as she is managing client relationships, Louisa's versatility makes her a core member of the team.
Louisa enjoys playing the ukulele and attending sporting events, but has yet to successfully combine the two.
In his time at Amazon UK, Mike helped shape and codify the content processes for new categories, such as Consumer Electronics, Home & Garden, and more. He launched the Computing and the Office sub-categories and has been involved in consultancy for a number of global brands and organisations, from Intel to the British Museum.
Mike joined the EtailDetail team as a director in 2010. His hobbies include taking enigmatic photos of himself and then posting them in online profiles.
